Analytics
This step connects Search Console and Google Analytics 4, then asks which site and which property this workspace should read - so your dashboard shows your real traffic and search data instead of nothing.
This step only appears once Google sign-in is available for your workspace.
How do I connect them?
One Google sign-in connects both products.
Choose Connect with Google.
On Google's screen, tick every product you want connected - each permission starts unticked, and anything left unticked is skipped.
Back in Kooga, pick the Site for Search Console and the Property for Google Analytics 4.
One consent covers both products, so you only go through Google once.
Why do I have to pick a site and a property?
A Google account often has access to several. Kooga will not guess which one this workspace is about, so until you choose, the step shows Pick a Site or Pick a Property and no data is read. Once chosen, it shows what it is reading.
It didn't work
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Couldn't connect to Google. Try again. | The sign-in did not complete. Start the connection again. |
| Couldn't save that choice. Try again. | The site or property selection did not save. Choose it again. |
| Not connected | The permission for that product was left unticked on Google's screen. Use Reconnect Google and tick it. |
What's next
