When the Chat agent runs through its allowance it keeps answering for another half of it, then pauses new chats and collects shoppers' emails for your team. Which store platforms do you support?
Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce for now, on every plan. That's where Kooga publishes articles and syncs products, orders and coupons. On any other site the storefront assistant and tracking still install with one line of code, without the commerce features. More platforms are on the way.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial on the Essentials allowances, no card required. Pick your plan when you're ready; nothing is lost when you convert.
How is usage metered?
Each plan includes independent monthly allowances for SEO articles, Chat agent conversations and AI-visibility prompts. They never draw from one another, so a busy Chat agent never eats your article quota. Email works differently: you buy a contact list size, it does not reset, and sending to those contacts is unlimited. You watch each one live on your Usage page.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks abruptly. We alert workspace admins at 70% and 90% of each allowance. If your Chat agent reaches its conversation limit it keeps answering for another half of your allowance, then pauses new chats and asks shoppers for their email so your team can follow up from the Inbox. A conversation already under way always finishes, and a top-up pack or an upgrade switches the agent straight back on. Article and visibility runs pause until the next cycle, or until you upgrade. Going over your contact count changes nothing at all: we keep capturing contacts and emailing all of them. When your list outgrows the plan, the next tier is the answer. Your storefront is the last thing we ever slow down.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing cycle. Your data and history are never affected by plan changes.
Do unused articles or conversations roll over?
No, monthly allowances reset each cycle. Contacts are not a monthly allowance: they are a standing list size that never resets, so nothing to roll over there. If you consistently need more, the next tier is usually the answer, or talk to us about a custom plan.
