What Kooga does, what it costs, and what it needs access to.
The product
One platform that runs the marketing for an online store. It writes and publishes SEO articles, tracks how AI assistants describe you, sells to shoppers through a storefront agent, sends your email, and reads your ads and analytics in one dashboard.
As much as you allow. The Rules page has three positions per action type: Off, Ask me first, Do it and tell me. On Ask me first it proposes and you approve. On Do it and tell me it acts and reports. Either way every action is logged with the reason it happened.
Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce - the only stores Kooga connects to for now, and where it publishes articles and reads products, orders and coupons. The storefront agent and tracking also work on any other site with a single line of code, without commerce features such as order tracking and returns. More platforms are on the way.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews, with mention rate, sentiment, cited sources and how you compare against competitors.
No. It is built for the merchant who does everything themselves. If you are an agency, the same workspace model runs every client with roles and clean separation.
Plans and billing
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14 day trial on the Essentials plan's allowances and no card is required. You pick a plan when you are ready and nothing is lost when you convert.
Per unit. SEO articles, storefront agent conversations, on demand AI visibility checks and marketing emails each have their own monthly allowance that never draws from the others. You watch each one live on the Usage page.
Nothing breaks abruptly. We alert workspace admins at 70 percent and 90 percent. If the storefront agent reaches its conversation limit it keeps answering for another half of the allowance, then pauses new chats and asks shoppers for their email so your team can follow up. A conversation already under way always finishes. Article and visibility runs pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel at any time and your data and history are not affected by plan changes.
Data and access
No. Your content and data are used only to answer questions and power your workspace. They never train any model, ours or anyone else's.
The least we can ask for. Search Console and Google Analytics are connected with read only scopes. Store connections use your own keys and the agent reads products, pages, policies and orders so it can answer accurately.
Each workspace is single tenant, with its own storage and its own search index, so one workspace can never read another. See the Security page for the detail.
Yes. Write to privacy@kooga.io and we will delete your workspace and its content, subject to the records we are legally required to keep such as invoices.
