What does it measure?
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Chats with shoppers. |
| Messages | Individual messages, and the average per chat. |
| Leads captured | Contacts the assistant saved. |
| Carts started | Carts the assistant opened. |
| Checkouts | Checkouts reached. |
| Attributed orders | Orders counted as agent-driven. |
Each is shown against the previous period, over seven, thirty or ninety days.
When does an order count as agent-driven?
When the agent added an item to the shopper's cart, or when the shopper used a code the agent gave them. It is a deliberately narrow definition - an order where a shopper merely chatted first does not count, so the figure understates influence rather than overstating it.
What is the satisfaction section?
Shopper feedback on individual answers, as Helpful or Not helpful. It reads No feedback yet until shoppers rate something.
Where do I see the actual conversations?
Inbox - leads, handoffs, content gaps and answer feedback.
How does this relate to my store's numbers?
Revenue is every order; this page is the slice the assistant drove.
