Revenue

Revenue covers orders, money and customers from your connected stores. It lives at Store → Revenue. Search and site traffic moved to its own page, at Traffic.

What do the headline figures mean?

Revenue, orders, units sold and average order value, each with a percentage change against the prior period - so a figure is always shown next to whether it is going up or down.

What periods can I look at?

Seven days, thirty days, ninety days, or twelve months. The comparison is always against the immediately preceding window of the same length.

What's below the headline?

Revenue and orders over time, top products, sales by channel, and customers. Each says so when there is nothing in the period rather than showing an empty chart.

How do I see where my orders came from?

Where orders came from reads the source your store recorded at checkout, so it credits the channel that produced money rather than the one that produced visits. Alongside it are the landing pages that convert, and the revenue behind each discount code.

Coverage is shown as a count, because an order only carries a source when the store captured one. Orders without a source are left out rather than filed as direct.

Why doesn't revenue match my payouts?

The headline is gross. When refunds exist in the period, the tile also shows the net figure and how much was refunded. If a period contains more than one currency, a warning appears: the totals add unlike amounts and are not converted.

Why are there no orders in my period?

Two reasons worth knowing before you assume something is broken: order sync runs daily, so today's orders may not be in yet, and Shopify covers the last 60 days - older history is not backfilled.

If you see an Order sync issue message, the last sync failed and the figures are stale until it succeeds.

Where do I see what AI assistants sent me?

This page is what your store recorded. Visits and orders attributed to AI assistants are on AI Traffic. An assistant that produced an order also appears as a source in Where orders came from.
