Members

Members is who has access to this workspace, and their roles. It lives at Settings → Members.

How do I invite someone?

Enter their email address and send the invite. Pending invites are listed separately from members, so you can see who has not accepted yet.

What are the roles?

Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Owners and admins can change things that affect everyone - syncing brand voice, AI visibility tracking - while viewers can look without changing.

How many people can I add?

Your plan sets the limit - see 10 team members on Growth, or the full comparison on Plans.

Are members shared across workspaces?

No. Access is per workspace, so someone who works on one store does not automatically see another.

What happens when someone accepts?

They join with the role on the invite and can sign in to the workspace immediately.
