Kooga has five plans. Every one includes the whole platform - the content engine, AI-visibility tracking, email marketing and the storefront assistant - and what differs between them is how much of each you get per month.

Annual billing saves roughly a fifth against paying monthly. Enterprise is priced per customer.
Which one should I start on?
Start on the free trial, which runs on Essentials without a card, and pick once you know your real volumes - see The free trial. The figures worth checking against your own numbers are articles per month and agent conversations per month, since those are the two most people outgrow first.
How do I change plan?
Through Billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal for upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, payment method and invoices. You can cancel at any time.
What happens if I go over?
You are not cut off mid-month - buy a top-up pack for the unit you ran out of. See Buying extra and What counts against your plan.
Is each store billed separately?
Yes. Each workspace has its own plan and its own invoice.
