What counts against your plan
Usage is metered per unit. Three things have their own monthly allowance, and they are counted separately - running out of one does not affect the others. Email is sold differently, by contacts.
What has a monthly allowance?
SEO articles, Chat agent conversations and on-demand AI-visibility checks. Each is visible in real time on your usage meters, with a month-end projection.
What about email?
Email is not metered by the send. Your plan includes a number of email contacts, and sending to them is unlimited. Going over the contact count changes nothing about sending: we keep capturing contacts and emailing all of them.
What resets and what doesn't?
| Kind | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Monthly allowances | Reset on a date the meter shows. |
| Standing limits | Don't reset - they're included with your plan. |
Standing limits are things you hold rather than consume: workspace members, your email contacts, your tracked keywords, and your GEO prompts and engines. These are a ceiling, not a monthly budget.
What does the forecast mean?
The meter projects where you will land by month end at your current pace. It is a projection, not a cap - it is there so you can buy a top-up before you run out rather than after.
What counts as a conversation?
A shopper's chat with the storefront assistant. Volume by period is on Results.
What happens when conversations run out?
The storefront assistant keeps answering for another half of your monthly allowance. After that it pauses new chats and asks shoppers for their email instead, and each address arrives in your Inbox as a handoff for your team. A chat already under way always finishes, and a top-up or an upgrade switches the assistant straight back on.
What doesn't count?
Scheduled AI-visibility runs on your plan's cadence are free - only on-demand checks you trigger yourself count against the allowance. See Tracking.
