Tracking
Tracking is where you decide what Kooga asks AI assistants about your store, which assistants it asks, and how often. It lives at GEO agent → Tracking, and everything on AI Visibility is downstream of it.
What do I configure here?

Your brand and its facts, your competitors and your personas (your buyers) moved to the Brand, Competitors and Personas tabs of Knowledge, where every agent reads them.
Why do competitors and prompts matter so much?
Because they define the measurement, not just the report. Share of voice only counts competitors you have listed in Knowledge, Brand and market, and average position only counts competitors named earlier in an answer - so an incomplete list flatters you. Prompts decide what is asked at all: a topic you have not added is a topic you have no data on.
How many can I add?
Your plan sets standing limits on prompts and engines - see 40 category prompts and 10 brand prompts on Growth, or Plans.
Can I run a check now instead of waiting?
Yes. Running a probe queues it, and results appear on AI Visibility within a few minutes. On-demand runs are capped monthly - see 4 manual AI-visibility runs / month on Growth. Scheduled runs on your plan's cadence are not capped.
Why can't I change anything?
Read-only access. Ask an admin - see Members.
