Buying extra
If you run out of an allowance mid-month, you can buy more of that unit without changing plan. Top-ups are per unit, so you buy only what you actually ran out of.
What can I buy?
| Pack | Amount | Price |
|---|---|---|
| AI agent conversations | 500 | €20 |
| SEO articles | 5 | €45 |
| manual AI-visibility runs | 2 | €120 |
| tracked keywords | 50 | €10 |
How do I buy one?
From the usage meter for the unit that ran out - choose Buy extra, which opens checkout. If it does not open, the meter says Couldn't start checkout and you can try again.
Should I top up or upgrade?
Top up if it is a one-off month. Upgrade if you are running out most months - the meters on Usage show whether it is a spike or a pattern, and the plan comparison is on Plans.
Do top-ups expire?
No. A pack is a balance of units, not a bigger allowance for the month you bought it in - whatever you don't use carries over until you do, however many months that takes.
Each month your plan allowance is spent first, and only usage beyond it draws on the balance. So a workspace that stays inside its plan never touches the pack it bought, and it will still be there the month it's needed.
Tracked keywords work slightly differently, because nothing "uses one up": there a pack permanently raises how many keywords you can track at once.
There is no pack for email contacts. Your contact count is the plan, so a list that outgrows it means moving up a tier rather than bolting capacity onto a plan you have outgrown.
Where's my invoice?
Billing, which opens Stripe's portal for invoices and payment method.
