Usage
Usage shows everything this workspace consumed across AI models and external services. It lives at Settings → Plan and usage, on the Usage tab beside Billing, and it is the detailed view - for what your plan allows and how much is left, see Quotas.
What can I see?

| By feature | Which parts of the product did the work. |
| By provider | Which external services were called, with requests, tokens and searches. |
| Recent activity | Individual events, with the time in UTC, the feature and the provider. |
What periods can I look at?
Seven days, thirty days, ninety days, or twelve months.
Why is it empty?
Nothing has been consumed in the period yet. Usage appears as the workspace generates content and runs its scheduled work - a new workspace that has not published or probed anything yet will read zero.
Is this the same as my plan allowance?
No. This page is a record of activity. Your plan allowances are counted in their own units - articles, conversations, manual runs, marketing emails - and are shown on Quotas, with what happens when you run out on Buying extra.
