Kooga Docs

Activity

Activity is what ran at once, without waiting on anyone. It lives at Workspace → Activity, under Tasks.

What is on it?

What an agent does on its own (an action set to Do it and tell me), and what you or your assistant do in Kooga: tracking a keyword, drafting a campaign, briefing an article. None of it waited on anyone, so none of it is a task: it is not on the Board or in List.

What does a row say?

Rows are newest first, by day. Each says who did it (the agent, You, or the assistant by its name and logo, such as Claude or ChatGPT), what came of it once that is measured, and opens what it made. On a change Kooga kept the before of, Undo puts it back, as long as nothing changed it since.

What can I filter by?

Agent and Who (agents on their own, you, your assistant), a period (7, 30 or 90 days, or all time) and a search. Reset filters clears them.

How do I change what runs on its own?

On the Rules page (Settings → Rules, or the Rules button on this page). See choose your autonomy.
