Maestro
Maestro answers questions about your own business - performance, customers, products, and your connected content. It lives at Workspace → Maestro, and it is for you, not your shoppers.
What can I ask it?
It answers from your live store data and connected content. The examples it offers give the range:
- How's revenue this month?
- What are my top-selling products?
- Any new leads or handoffs in my inbox?
- What does our return policy say?
So: numbers, catalogue, inbox, and anything in your documents.
It can also say how something you approved stands. Ask "Is the article written yet?" and it checks: an article that is still being written is not ready to read, and one that failed comes back with the reason.
How is this different from the storefront assistant?
The storefront assistant talks to your shoppers and only knows what a shopper should know. Maestro talks to you and can see your business data. See the widget for the shopper-facing one.
Where do its answers come from?
Each answer cites its sources and how many passages it drew on, so you can check what it read before you act on it. It shows Searching your data… while it looks.
Should I trust the answers?
Verify them. The agent says so itself under the input box, and the source list on each answer is there so you can. Treat it as a fast way to find something, not as a system of record.
Do my chats stay?
Yes - past chats are listed alongside, and you can start a new one or delete an old one at any time.
