Widget
The widget screen is where you embed the AI assistant on your website and control how it behaves. It answers from this workspace - your products, content and documents. It lives at Chat agent → Assistant, as the first of two tabs: Widget and Customization.
How do I put it on my site?
On a connected store it installs itself; on any other site you copy the embed snippet from this page. Full instructions are in install the widget.
What can I set here?
Where it sits on the page - Bottom right or Bottom left - and which language it speaks, English or Romanian. Changes take effect when you Save changes.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes, with a few limits worth knowing before you try:
