Coupons
Coupons are discount codes for your campaigns and your assistant, with revenue attribution attached. They live at Email → Setup, on the Coupons tab.
How do I add one?
Enter the code shoppers will type - for example
WELCOME10.Choose the type: % off, a fixed amount, or free shipping, and set the value.
Optionally add a description, then Add coupon.
Does it work in my store automatically?
Only if you ask it to. Tick Also create it in my store and the code is created in Shopify or WooCommerce as well.
Without that, the code exists in Kooga but your checkout will not accept it - so tick it unless you have already created the same code in your store yourself.
What uses these codes?
Broadcasts, the AI-written flows - the win-back flow takes a comeback discount - and the storefront assistant.
Why does attribution matter here?
A code given out by the assistant is one of the two ways an order counts as agent-driven, which is how it reaches the figures on Results.
