Overview

The email overview is the health check for your list and your sending. It lives at Email → Sending health, as the first of two tabs: Overview and Deliverability.

What's in the subscriber section?

Total subscribers, split into subscribed, active, inactive and pending, with how many joined and how many were lost this week.

Pending matters: those contacts have not confirmed yet and do not receive marketing until they do.

What is account quality?

Your sending reputation, alongside how much you sent in the last thirty days and three rates: bounce, spam, and unsubscribe.

These are the numbers that decide whether your email arrives at all. A rising bounce or spam rate is worth acting on before it affects delivery - it is not a vanity metric.

What are top email providers?

Which mailbox providers your contacts use. Useful when a delivery problem is specific to one of them rather than general.

Where's the campaign detail?

The latest campaign is summarised here; the full list is in Broadcasts, automated ones in Flows.

Why is everything zero?

Nothing has been sent yet, or no contacts have arrived. Contacts show up as shoppers share their email with your assistant - see Contacts.
