Products

Products is your catalogue as Kooga sees it, live from your store. It lives at Store → Products, and it is worth checking early - the assistant and your articles can only be as good as what is in here.

What are the four figures at the top?

Total products, how many are in stock, how many are without image, and how many have price issues. The last two are the useful ones: they are the catalogue problems that quietly hurt you, since a product with no image is one the assistant cannot show well.

What's in the table?

SKU, name, brand, category, price, full price, inventory and stock status. Stock reads In stock or Out of stock.

How do I narrow it down?

Search by name or SKU, or open Filters for availability, category, brand, images and discounts. Reset filters clears them.

Why am I only seeing some products?

Large catalogues are capped and the page says when it is showing only the first N. Filter rather than scroll.

When was this last updated?

The Last sync figure tells you. Products arrive from your store connection - see Shopify or WordPress & WooCommerce if something is missing.
