Connecting your store is the first step in setup, and everything else depends on it: your products, orders, pages and policies flow into Kooga from here, and published articles flow back out the same way.
Which platforms can I connect?
Shopify, and WordPress with or without WooCommerce. Pick the one your storefront runs on:

What happens once it's connected
Your catalogue and orders sync in, which is what lets the rest of setup do anything useful - the assistant can answer questions about real products, and articles can be published straight to your store.
