Integrations
Integrations is where every external connection for a workspace lives - your store and your analytics. It lives at Settings → Integrations.
What can I connect?
Shopify
Products, pages and policies, with your own app credentials.
WordPress & WooCommerce
Publishing, and WooCommerce products.
Search Console and GA4 in one sign-in.
What do the connection states mean?
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connected | Working. |
| Syncing | Currently pulling data. |
| Not connected | Never connected, or disconnected. |
| Error | The connection failed and needs attention. |
| Coming soon | Not available yet. |
What happens if I disconnect something?
Kooga stops reading from it. Data already synced stays; new data does not arrive.
Why is a platform missing?
Not every integration is available in every workspace. Anything marked Coming soon is not connectable yet.
Something says Error - what now?
Reconnect it. For Shopify that usually means the app was uninstalled or its scopes changed without a reinstall - see Shopify.
