Knowledge
Knowledge is everything your agents work from, gathered on one page: what your business is, how it sounds, your brand as AI assistants are asked about it, and your documents. It lives at Workspace → Knowledge, as the first of six tabs: What Maestro knows, Brand, Competitors, Personas, Brand voice and Documents.
What's on the page?

Both are edited here. Edit on Your business opens a window where you add or change the website Maestro reads, have it read again, or remove it. Saving a website reads it there and then, which takes 10 to 25 seconds. Tick Render JavaScript if your site loads its content in the browser.
Your voice, your brand, competitors and personas, and your documents are the page's other tabs.
What is on the Brand, Competitors and Personas tabs?
Who your brand is, for every agent:

Changes are saved with Save settings, in the bar that appears at the foot of the page once you edit something.
They used to be edited in the GEO agent's settings: the data is the same and is saved the same way. What the GEO agent asks, and how often, is on Tracking.
What is the goal for?
It is one sentence about what you are trying to do - for example, growing repeat orders from customers who bought once. Your agents read it before every pass. Between two things that are equally worth doing, they lean towards the one that serves your goal, and Maestro keeps it in mind when you talk to it.
It does not replace the numbers. An agent still reads your data before it proposes anything, and a goal never makes it skip that.
Who can set the goal?
An owner or an admin of the workspace. Everyone else on the team can read it. Leave it empty and your agents decide from the numbers alone.
Why is Your business empty?
No website has been added yet. Open Edit on the card and add it: Maestro reads it and writes this for you to check. If the card says Maestro is reading, reload the page in half a minute.
